New Advisory Board member

We are glad to announce that Manzalab has confirmed its Advisory Board member.

We would like to give a warm welcome to the project to Pierre Chevallier:

Pierre spent 6 years managing hotels for international groups: Accor, Intercontinental and Pierre et Vacances.

For 5 years, he managed the French professional union of independent and chain hotel and restaurant owners.

This was followed by a career as an independent consultant for tourism groups: TUI, Club Med and independent hoteliers in Europe.

For 17 years, in addition to his consultancy activities, Pierre created and managed the Hospitality Division of the world's leading education group, Galileo Global Education, while taking part in European calls for tenders, including one in Morocco to set up apprenticeship training centres for local and international groups in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism.

More recently, Pierre took part with the Galileo teams in the Erasmus+ project Hotel Academy for learning and teaching with the help of virtual reality, where training content was created and presented to students, then validated by professionals from the hospitality sector in schools in Germany, Cyprus and France.

Since January 2023, Pierre has been responsible for coordinating the Galileo Group's hospitality programmes worldwide.
