On June 19th and 20th, 2025, the Fachhochschule Dresden (FHD) hosted the Final Multiplier Event of the Erasmus+ ROLEPL-AI project. Far from being just a closing event, it became a milestone in the project’s journey and a vibrant meeting point for educators, researchers, and professionals interested in the future of education.
Over two days, participants discovered how artificial intelligence and immersive simulations can reshape the way we teach and learn. The atmosphere combined academic rigor with hands-on exploration: keynote talks sparked debate, workshops encouraged exchange, and live demonstrations allowed everyone to test the ROLEPL-AI training platform in real conditions.
What stood out most was the diversity of voices in the room. Representatives from across Europe and beyond—including Albania, Turkey, Slovakia, Austria, Berlin, and Croatia—joined the discussions, each bringing their perspective on the role of AI in education. Their contributions enriched the dialogue and underscored the European and international relevance of ROLEPL-AI.
Another highlight was the project’s participation in Dresden’s Long Night of Science. By stepping outside the academic sphere and engaging with the wider public, the consortium showcased ROLEPL-AI’s results not just as research outputs, but as tools with concrete impact and societal value.
The event was more than a presentation of outcomes; it was a collective reflection on what comes next. The discussions confirmed that ROLEPL-AI’s tools and methods are not an end point but a starting point for new applications, partnerships, and innovations in education and training.
A full report of the event is now available, offering a detailed overview of the programme, the results presented, and the perspectives shared.
