Inceptive, our partner specialised in Artificial Intelligence, made us a first introduction on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) with a recap on their recent history. They shared with us their preliminary experiments and showcased Cathedrale, a prompt context solution trained for a hotel restaurant situation.
This first presentation is the starting point of the literature review on AI technology that will be conducted during the project. We will analyse and compare existing studies, technologies and solutions concerning LLMs to determine which one is the best fit for the project’s needs and complies with ethical guidelines defined by the European Union.
